Please Note
This tiny shop is run by just one person, so there may be occasional delays in shipping and responses as I juggle my job, school, and other responsibilities - I truly appreciate your patience! If there will be a delay in your order shipment, I will contact you and keep you updated. Please note that all sales are final!
Processing Times
☘︎ Ready-made items: Ships within 1-2 weeks
☘︎ Pre-order & custom items: Made-to-order and ships within 2-4 weeks
If your order contains both pre-order (made-to-order) and ready-made items, everything will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order!
Domestic Shipping (US)
☘︎ Letter mail (flats, stickers, sticker sheets): FREE, untracked, shipped in a sturdy envelope
☘︎ All other items (pins, charms, keychains): $5.00 flat rate, tracked, shipped in a padded mailer
Processing times vary based on item availability (see above). Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking (if applicable). I use USPS First Class, which usually delivers 2–5 business days, though delays may occur due to holidays or other uncontrollable factors. Note: If your order is letter mail but you'd prefer tracking, please choose the tracked shipping listing (sent in a padded mailer) when adding to cart. I know shipping can feel pricey, but I hope the packaging and little surprises inside make it feel worthwhile.
International Shipping (coming soon!)
I currently ship within the U.S. only, but I'm working on adding international shipping for a future shop update! If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, feel free to reach out—it helps me gauge interest and I can try to make it work! In the meantime, my prints are available worldwide through INPRNT.
Incorrect Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible! Once a shipping label is created, I am unable to make any changes. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, I can either provide a refund (minus the shipping cost) or resend it (the buyer will cover the re-shipping cost).
Lost/Stolen Package
Once a package is shipped, I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. If this happens, please contact your postal service to start a search or file a claim. While I can’t cover these costs as a small business, I know how frustrating this can be. Feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to help within my means!
Missing/Wrong Item Received
Oh no! I'm sorry about that, I try to pack orders carefully but I can make mistakes sometimes! Please contact me with an image so that I can make it up to you. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns/Refunds
Each item is handmade with care, and as a small shop, I’m currently unable to accept returns or offer refunds—except in cases where you receive the wrong item. That said, I truly want you to love your purchase! I will do my best to help and review issues on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was on my end. Items must be returned in their original condition, or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Thank you for your understanding!
Terms of Use
All of my items and designs are for personal, non-commercial use only. Use or reproduction for AI training is strictly prohibited. Please do not resell, copy, or claim my work as your own. You are welcome to use my items for decoration or freebies for your own shop, just not for resale or profit!
