FAQ

Where can I get prints of your art?

Select small prints may be available here, but you will find a wider range (and larger sizes) on my INPRNT. INPRNT offers gallery-quality giclée prints on 100% archival cotton paper with rich colors and a smooth, sturdy finish—I’ve ordered from them multiple times myself and can personally vouch for the quality! If there’s something I’ve posted that you’d love as a print, let me know and I’d be happy to add it to my gallery!

Do you take commissions?

Some of my products include options for customization. Outside of that, I do accept commissions, but I have limited slots! Feel free to join my newsletter or follow my Instagram to know when I am open for commissions. I would love to create something special for you or a loved one!

Do you restock items?

Restocks are not guaranteed, as some pieces are experimental and limited to keep my creativity flowing. However, if there's something you'd love to see return, feel free to reach out so I can gauge interest! I’ll always announce restock notices on my newsletter and Instagram, too—if you want to follow along!

What is a pre-order item?

Preorders are for items not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance. This system helps me minimize waste and excess inventory, so some items will be produced on a made-to-order basis and shipped out once crafting is complete. Please visit my Shipping page for approximate turnaround times.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged to help them arrive safely. Flat items are packaged in Kraft envelopes and clay items in padded mailers. I try to personalize each order and include freebies while supplies last! Once your order ships, it is out of my hands. As a very small business, I am currently unable to offer refunds or replacements. That said, I know how disappointing that can be—so if something does arrive damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Are handmade items durable?

Clay pieces are handmade, so they're a bit more delicate than factory-made items. They are not durable against dropping, pulling, or rough handling. To keep them looking their best, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, water, extreme temperatures, or harsh chemicals. For extra care, try hanging your charm somewhere low-impact—like your car mirror, curtains, or even as cute wall decor!
