Hi, I’m Kelly, the artist behind kelico studio! I created kelico studio, which is a play on my name and my love for cats, to pursue my dream of making art a bigger part of my life and livelihood. After years of setting aside my creative ambitions for more practical paths, I’m truly grateful for your support as I pursue this journey. 

My work is inspired by my Asian upbringing and culture (think lucky symbols and nostalgic characters), cute cats (especially my baby, Tobi), and the media that brings me comfort (like avatar: the last airbender, and ghibli films). I have many hobbies, but I love creating colorful illustrations and lucky trinkets!

My art is all about cats, colors, and lucky charms! I've always been drawn to the idea of lucky charms—how something small can bring courage or a sense of comfort. I believe luck isn’t just something that happens to you; it’s something you create yourself by showing up and trying. I hope my art can be a gentle reminder of that—and a little talisman of encouragement to cozy your home, carry with you, or share with a loved one. 

Everything you see here is made by me, and I'm always learning, experimenting, and growing as I go. I create with my fellow creators, collectors, and cat lovers in mind—and if something here makes you smile or feel a little more inspired, that sincerely brings me joy!
