- Each item is handmade and unique! I personally design, sculpt, finish, and package each item to ensure it's made with love and intention from start to finish. The process involves conditioning the clay, baking it to set, sanding it smooth, and cleaning it thoroughly throughout. Once the charm is complete, I add finishing touches like chains, beads, and thoughtful packaging to make each order feel special.
- Please note that slight variations in color, shape, or detail are part of the charm and character of handmade art. These differences are a reflection of the time, care, and human touch that goes into every piece.
- Handmade items are delicate and gentle use is always recommended. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, water, harsh chemicals, and rough handling (bending, dropping, pulling). To clean your charm, use a soft, dry cloth.
Shipping Information
- Ready-made items ship within 1-2 weeks.
- Made-to-order & pre-order items ship within 2-4 weeks.
- If your order contains both ready-made and made-to-order items, everything will ship together once all items are ready. If you would like in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order.
